About Us

We are a small group of professionals at differSense Ventures, India, with about 10-15 years work experience in marketing, software, etc.

A while ago, we realised that there doesn't appear to be an English short fiction magazine on our shelves. There are of course, several such magazines in most of our regional languages. The content in these is denied to many of us (and younger generations) who have more or less become 'single language' people - and that language is English. Thus, the idea of a magazine that is a 'good read' was born.

The plan is to use mostly Indian writers and Indian stories, but across a variety of genres and backgrounds, so that the magazine is both entertaining and informative. We also plan to have quality translations of good stories in regional languages, and articles on many generally interesting subjects - hobbies, careers, people and places.

We hope this magazine will bring out closet writers and provide a platform for new talent as well as encourage the reading habit!
